Welcoming a new baby is a life-changing journey—one filled with joy, challenges, and countless moments of discovery. Since 2015, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside families during this tender transition, offering calm, compassionate care as both a birth and postpartum doula.
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in daytime and overnight postpartum support designed to help new parents feel confident, rested, and truly cared for. My services include breastfeeding guidance, sleep support tailored to your baby’s unique needs and rhythms, and assistance with light household tasks—so you can focus on what matters most: bonding, healing, and rest.
In addition to my work as a doula, I am currently studying midwifery—an ongoing education that keeps me connected to current, evidence-based practices in perinatal and postpartum care. While I do not serve in a clinical role, this deeper understanding allows me to offer well-informed, thoughtful support to every family I work with.
It is my deepest passion to create a peaceful, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and never alone. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation for this beautiful new chapter.

The carefree spirit and profound wisdom that children naturally embody is a beautiful and joyous gift. While having children of my own was not part of God’s plan, I’ve found deep fulfillment in caring for little ones over the past four decades.
For 20 years, I worked with children in a variety of roles—from daycare centers to family protective services and even supporting teen mothers. Through these experiences, I discovered a calling to help families during the earliest and most tender stages of life.
In 2021, I stepped away from my role with the state to focus on giving back to my community in a more personal way. I completed my postpartum doula training and began supporting women directly in their homes.
Supporting women, babies, and families during the early postpartum months fosters deep connection and essential healing. I believe that strong families are built on strong, nurturing foundations—and it’s an honor to be part of that beginning
