Amy's experience having her children ignited her passion for supporting moms during the vulnerable postpartum transition. She suffered severe PPD and anxiety with her first child, and understands firsthand how this can affect the entire family. She is also a certified Placenta Encapsulator, and specializes in helping moms struggling with postpartum mood disorders. She volunteers with The Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas (PPHA) as a postpartum doula, educator, and board member.

Katie is a Birth and Postpartum Doula. Her purpose as your Doula is to instill confidence in the family as a unit in caring for baby. She specializes in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and believes in having open communication to lift the stigma off mental illness. Katie continues her education to remain knowledgeable in all things birthing and parenting while serving families in Austin.

Valerie is a Traveling Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist. She travels between Dallas and Austin. She assist new moms with mother care, newborn night care and sleep training, new mommy/infant massage, breastfeeding assistance and much education. She has been featured inn several magazine/newspaper articles as well as PBS television. She has over 35yrs experience and feels it's an honor to be asked to assist during this very special time.

My goal is to give parents the confidence they need to be the best parents the can be, to care for and nurture them as they heal and to provide support as they venture in to this new (and at times very scary) journey.
After the transformative birth of her daughter in 2016, Liz left her career to focus on a higher calling. She found a place to use her positive energy and calming aura in guiding families through the birth and postpartum experience. Liz’s use of yoga lends itself beautifully to coping in labor and beyond. She is passionate about supporting woman; helping them empower themselves as they enter motherhood. Liz speaks Spanish fluently and volunteers with GALS.
