Sarah is passionate about nurturing parents’ intuition and holding space for the transitions that birth and a new baby bring. She has supported and educated Austin area families for over 15 years. Ayana is both a postpartum and birth doula. She feels called to do this work because she realized the support and care that new mothers receive is vital to the long term health of both baby and mother. Ayana is supportive of all births and ensures that the mother and family are comfortable at all times.

Charlotte’s specialty is Ayurvedic postpartum care which focuses on nourishing restorative care for the mama (and family if desired). This includes a daily nurturing hot oil massage or marma/acupressure treatment, plus restorative and special needs cooking. Infant massage instruction soothes and nurtures your baby. She serves families in South and Central Austin.

Since 1994 Jillian has been providing Doula services and educating new parents. She sees the value in constant labor support and understands how your mental and emotional state will have an effect on your labor. Kati has been involved with the Austin birth community since the birth of her daughter in 2008. In 2018 she became an active birth and postpartum doula, training through Childbirth International and Austin Baby Guru. She guides families to have positive birth and early childhood experiences through the empowering use of informed consent. Her support of the full spectrum of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience is inclusive to all faiths, genders, and polycule families.

Amy's experience having her children ignited her passion for supporting moms during the vulnerable postpartum transition. She suffered severe PPD and anxiety with her first child, and understands firsthand how this can affect the entire family. She volunteers with The Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas (PPHA) as a postpartum doula, educator, and board member.

Every parent deserves to feel like they can ROCK this parenting thing. Through my own postpartum experiences and continuous training I have become a source of support and guide for parents and parents to be. My goal is to give parents the confidence they need to be the best parents the can be, to care for and nurture them as they heal and to provide support as they venture in to this new (and at times very scary) journey.
