I specialize in supporting high risk pregnant mamas who may or may not be on prescribed bed rest. During my 90 minute visits, I make sure that mamas are comfortable, reducing anxiety so mamas rest and have full term pregnancies and healthy weight babies. I help mamas create a logistical plan to keep their homes and families running smoothly so mamas focus on self care and the little ones they are carrying.

She volunteers with The Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas (PPHA) as a postpartum doula, educator, and board member.
